We are committed to providing our clients prompt, reliable, and efficient solutions to their tax, accounting, and consulting needs. We pride ourselves on the year-round contact and communication link between our staff and client personnel. We found this to be extremely effective in assisting our clients with problems encountered during the year and early detection of any situations that may impact the year end process.
Our client relations are second-to-none. Many of our business relationships span decades.
Our clients are located throughout the Sanford, Greater Orlando area, as well as the United States and few clients who are located abroad.
Stephen M. Hartsock - CPA
Steven graduated from Florida State University and began his career working with his father, which came to be known as Hartsock & Hartsock. Steve is retired but will live on with the namesake in the business.

Richard H. Mann - CPA
Rick graduated from Florida University and began working with the Hartsocks. When Harold; Steve’s dad, decided to retire, Rick became a partner and the name changed once again to Hartsock & Mann.
Rick is a member in good standing of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Rick routinely attends continuing education courses on a variety of topics including accounting and taxation for small business, governmental entities and not-for-profits; as well individuals.
